Some may say I was predestined to become a real estate agent. Son of real estate icon, Don Bowen, I was taught the ins and outs of the business from a very young age. Being able to experience first hand the functioning of the California real estate market for the last 37 years has prepared me to be a conscientious and caring real estate agent. I feel blessed to have this opportunity to help support, guide and serve great families with their real estate needs.
Growing up in Coto de Caza in the late 1980s and early 1990s holds memories I will cherish forever. Fishing in the ponds, skeet shooting with my father at the old hunt club, and just living the Coto motto of, “Life never looked so good.” Now a three-time Ironman finisher, loving husband to Tali Bowen, and proud father of London and Isabella Bowen, I find myself even more inspired to serve our community by raising money for cancer research, orphaned children in Africa, and disabled triathletes. I feel the greatest lesson I have learned from being a Father is that life is not all about me, but about what I can also do for others.
Since our father’s passing in November of 2012, I have felt a great responsibility to carry out the same quality of care and devotion for each of our clients. As my father always taught me, the client is number one. I look forward to our family helping your family with all of your real estate needs.
