I’ve been immersed in the world of real estate quite literally since “day one”, born into what would become a family of agents and one of the most highly decorated RE/MAX Offices in the US. My father, Donald Bowen, pioneered the art of “Buying and Selling Coto”, and there were many mornings I would tag along with him to the office. His incredible work ethic included very early morning starts, and client building routines that left a cemented impression of how this business should operate. Although he is not with us physically, I feel like he is there with me looking over every deal and I am fueled by a deep determination to build upon his legacy of not just success, but a family name that is well known and respected thanks to his hard work and passion.
Each one of the Bowen offspring has a specific strength and passion to add to the family style, and mine is discovering inventive and unique ways of exposing properties and their innate charms to the broadest audience possible. As a result, I have been an integral part of implementing one of the most comprehensive and effective marketing strategies in the real estate business. It involves personal access and a velvet glove experience. I am available around the clock to offer support, guidance and expertise in all stages of the buying or selling experience. As my father perfected before me, the cornerstone to my approach is building a relationship with the client that transcends the transaction. Once you are my client, whether it takes a few weeks or a few months to get the right deal suited for you, I work tirelessly to ensure that there is transparency every step of the way and that the pace does not develop into a high pressure situation. Things in the real estate market can become stressful and difficult, and I am here to navigate those obstacles for you with as much ease and comfort as possible. I have had clients experience multiyear searches for their dream home, and I was there every step of the way.
I attended and earned a Bachelors in Visual Communications at Northern Arizona University, along with a transformative period of study at St. Luis University in Madrid Spain. It shaped my understanding of the visual medium quite sharply. Those educational experiences, topped with traveling the world and immersing in different cultures, allow me to cherish my hometown of Coto as a home and haven for those looking for a multi-cultural melting pot, not only the people, but the architecture and surrounding settings.
I seek to make a positive impact on the clients I serve and a desire to give back to the community that has shaped me since 1989. I have been a certified professional in real estate for over two decades now, but my experience started the first day I accompanied my amazing father to the office. His legacy has blessed us beyond words, and like him, I am deeply vested in the growth and prosperity of Coto. I’m very excited for the opportunity to reveal to you the possibilities here in this stunning enclave.
Outside of real estate, I adore my two children and wonderful husband Isoa [Eeh-So-Ah], who I met on a boat in Fiji! Ask me about it! I am very fond of horseback riding, water sports, and crafts of all kinds. I call Coto home, and would love for you too as well!
